Rick is a seasoned executive in Corporate Finance and Operations with a successful track record of building corporate enterprise value. His passion is to help companies achieve and sustain their highest level of financial success. Rick believes that financial growth depends upon (1) developing and executing strategic initiatives, (2) ensuring an accurate, timely and meaningful financial reporting process, (3) acquiring appropriate financing and (4) maintaining excellent banking/investor/customer/vendor relations.
Rick enjoys working alongside business owners and leaders as an interim or part-time CFO to provide continuous guidance towards growth and to steer them clear of the various pitfalls that are lurking at every corner.
His work experience includes a thorough introduction to big business with a global public accounting firm, being the financial lead of two start-up companies, and serving as CFO in various middle-market private equity-owned companies. Rick founded his own consulting business in 2011, eventually partnering with EOD which enables him to serve the financial needs of more companies.
Rick has a B.S. in Accounting from Ferris State University and a MBA from DePaul University. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors of Friendship Village St. Louis both as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair.
