Jack believes that financial growth depends upon (1) developing and executing strategic initiatives, (2) ensuring an accurate, timely and meaningful financial reporting process, (3) acquiring appropriate financing (4) ensuring cash and treasury function processes are strong, agile and manageable, and (5) maintaining excellent banking/investor/customer/vendor relations.
Jack has more than 25 years of accounting, financial and operational experience. Jack received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Management from The University of Missouri, St. Louis.
