Frank is a seasoned Career Coach, Business Coach, Executive Coach, and Author. In 2007, he started Career Networking Pro and in 2008, he and two partners started Experience On Demand, a full-service consulting company.
As a career coach, Frank has coached, mentored, and influenced thousands of employees. Frank has individually coached over 700 clients through a career transition or developing a career plan to restart or jump start their careers. He has trained over 6,000 additional clients on the process of networking, job searching and career development in workshops.
As an author, Frank wrote the job search book, “People Hire People – Not Resumes”. In “People Hire People – Not Resumes,” Frank shares his proven process to understand how to conduct an effective job search or career change.
Frank is an active speaker in the community on job searching, career planning, and business building. He has a passion for coaching youth sports currently leading his 94th team. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering along with a Master’s in Business Administration.
