Pat Knoerle-Jordan

Pat is positioned to be your trusted nonprofit partner, having successfully served in senior leadership positions for over 30 years in multiple organizations. Positions included local chapter CEO, Executive Director and National Campaign Director for over 30 years in multiple organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and The MS Center of Saint Louis aligned with Mercy Hospital. She sat in the saddle leading turn-arounds, re-branding, and  building balanced growth in all departments within these agencies. She developed boards, committees, volunteers and staff teams to grow innovative mission programs, services and collaborations.

Because Pat has seen lives transformed through the impact of the nonprofit sector within our community, she shares her expertise to grow organizational capacity, annual campaigns, and operational practices to insure growth and sustainability. Best practices and tools are customized to meet the unique needs of organizations. Board effectiveness retreats can serve as the catalyst to support meaningful staff - board partnerships that springboard the agency forward.

Nonprofits are working with slim margins and often lack back-up in staff and experience to move effectively through transitions. Pat works with clients on CEO searches and on-boarding processes.  Additionally, she may serve as an interim CEO during the search process as needed.

While building relationships she partners with clients to move past being stuck and through stages of organizational life cycles. She provides training to reach a new place of knowledge and the ability to replicate new strategies.  She identifies solutions to replace broken or non-existing systems. She engages co-workers in problem identification and development of solutions. Creating balanced scorecards with organizations helps create focus and reporting for effective strategic work.

Throughout Pat's career, she served on nonprofit boards, committees and projects. She received the Influential Business Women's award for dedication and leadership to the community. Additionally, she was selected among her peers to chair the Chapter President's Council. Currently, Pat actively volunteers with Marian Middle School to reverse poverty through education of middle school girls in St. Louis. She also serves on the Charitable Information Service Committee of the Better Business Bureau.  Pat has a BA in sociology from Webster University.
