Cross-Style Diversity in Selling


Every team needs its individual members to respect the diversity of the team (this is critical to achieving optimum results from the team and leads to a more inspired set of Values, Mission, and Vision critical to that team’s ultimate success).

Diversity comes in many different forms: Personality Style (i.e., Myers Briggs), Culture, Generation, Race, and Gender.   The foundational form of diversity is the Personality Style.  The EOD Business Development Practice has expertise in using Myers Briggs to assess the individual Personality Style of team members and to help the team use its diversity to achieve optimum results.
